摘    要:根据过热蒸汽温度高异常报警,进行锅炉受热面等故障诊断系统的研发.该系统基于300 MW仿真机平台,建立了过热蒸汽温度高异常的故障模型,利用计算机软件技术对模型进行故障分离和显示,达到故障定位的目的要求.系统采用通用监控组态软件MCGS,实现故障诊断系统.

Abstract:An analysis and fault diagnosis system for superheated steam temperature was developed which can be used to determine the abnormal part of the boiler heating surface according to the high-temperature alarm of the superheated steam temperature.Constructed based on the 300 MW simulation platform,the system established the fault models for abnormal high steam temperature,and the computer software technology was used to conduct fault separation and display to locate the fault.The system uses MCGS to realize fau...
