阳江核电常规岛主润滑油净化系统的优化改进

摘    要:对阳江核电站1086 MW 1号机组常规岛主润滑油净化系统频繁出现跳闸现象进行问题排查和原因分析,得出其根本原因是油气分离器回油不畅导致浮球阀动作,堵塞抽气管路致真空罐真空低报警跳闸。在考虑沿海地区环境温度较高且空气潮湿的特点后,对润滑油净化系统进行了结构优化等几项改进措施。经实际应用证明改进效果明显,改进后的润滑油净化系统运行有效稳定,确保了机组安全运行,延长了润滑油的使用寿命。

Abstract:Aiming at frequent trip of main lubricating oil purification system of 1 086 MW No.1 unit in Yangjiang nuclear power plant,this paper carries out troubleshooting and reason analysis on the problem and it considers that basic reasons are ball float valve action caused by poor oil return of oil-gas separator and low vacuum warning trip of the vacuum tank caused by bleed line blocking. After considering characteristics of higher environmental temperature in coastal areas and humid air, several improvement measures for structure optimization on the lubricating oil purification system were conducted. Practical application proved good improvement effects. The improved system was running effectively stable which was able to ensure safe operation of the unit and extend service life of lubricating oil.
