超超临界机组高温过热器 P92厚壁集箱焊缝缺陷手工焊修复

摘    要:为解决某1000 MW超超临界机组锅炉高温过热器出口集箱焊缝缺陷,在分析了焊缝缺陷特点的基础上,提出补焊工艺控制措施,并对切割焊缝前的加固、缺陷修复后的热处理、缺陷车除模式、小管切除的方法和注意事项进行了说明,介绍了补焊工艺和焊后热处理工艺。对修复完成的焊缝焊接接头进行超声波检测、磁粉检测,未发现超标缺陷,表面硬度测量也均在标准范围内。

Abstract:In order to handle welding bead defect of exit header of high temperature superheater of some 1 000 MW ultra-su-percritical unit boiler,on the basis of analyzing characteristic of welding bead defect,repair welding processing measures were proposed. Meanwhile,strengthening before knifing welding bead,heat treatment after defect repair,defect removal mode,method for tubule excision and matters need attention were explained. Repair welding technology and heat treatment technology after welding were both introduced. Ultrasonic detection and magnetic particle detection on repaired welding bead joint was conducted and no exceed standard defects were discovered. In addition,surface hardness measuring was in the range of standard.
