| 摘 要： | 比较了国内外甲基氯硅烷生产的主要技术指标及主要原料硅粉的质量要求，概述了硅中杂质的种类及含量、金属相结构、硅粉粒径及其分布对甲基氯硅烷合成反应速度及二甲基二氯硅烷收率的影响，并对如何提高硅粉质量提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The key technical index of synthesis of methyl chlorosilane and the quality of the silicon powder for preparing methylchlorosilanes at home and abroad were compared. The influences of impurities of silicon, metal admixed phase and particle diameter distribution on the synthesis of methylchlorosilane were introduced, and the suggestions on how to strengthen the quality control of silicon powder were picked up. |
