| 摘 要： | 通过对《条例》要求的监理安全职责的分析,提出了监理公司有效履行安全监理职责的保证措施,并对其进行了详细探讨,最后总结了实现四控目标、打造良好业绩的必备手段,从而促使监理公司有效履行安全监理职责。
