摘    要:介绍了承重托架参数化设计和强度分析的CAD/CAE集成设计系统,它包括三维参数化造型、有限元强度分析及工程图和材料清单自动生成3个子系统.应用UG软件提供的接口进行二次开发实现三维模型参数化和二维图纸的自动生成.用有限元软件来实现对托架的强度分析,其关键是合理布置受力点并符合实际.

Abstract:A CAD/CAE integrated system for parameter design and structure strength analysis of heavy load frames is introduced in this paper. It indudes 3D parameter modeling, finite analysis and engineering drawings automatically generated three subsystems. A developed software integrated with UGNX CAD has realized the 3D parameter modeling and automatically generating engineering drawings. The key of structure strength finite analysis is to arrange main load points rationally.
