氟硅橡胶与聚酯织物的粘接研究

摘    要:研究了不同偶联剂对氟硅橡胶和聚酯织物粘接性的影响,并对粘接机理进行了探讨。试验结果表明:以乙烯基硅烷偶联剂为重要成分的胶粘剂,解决了氟硅橡胶与聚酯织物的粘接问题,并具备良好的耐燃油性和耐温性。在粘接之前,须对聚酯织物进行水解预处理。

Abstract:The bonding between fluorosilicone rubber and polyester fabric is studied over selecting different coupling agents. Adhesives based on vinyl silane gives an excellent bonding system of the two materials with good temperature and fuel resietance, and the vinyl groups of the silane may take part in crosslinking process of fluorosilicone rubber. It is necessary to hydrolyze the polyester fabric previously in order to get high quality bonding .
