萘油深加工及分离技术研究进展

摘    要:简述了国内外萘油深加工情况,总结了精馏法、结晶法、加氢精制法等工艺以及液膜分离、超临界流体萃取等多种分离新技术在萘油组分分离上的开发与研究。提出了在深入研究萘油中萘与其他物质形成的伴生物的基础上,将传统工艺与先进的分离技术有机地结合,可望在优化工艺、简化生产和节能减排的前提下,显著改善萘油的分离效果和工艺条件。

Abstract:This paper presented further processing for naphthalene oil in China and abroad, summa- rized rectification method,crystallization method, hydrogenation method and separation technologies, such as liquid membrane separation,supercritical fluid extraction,etc, to be used for naphthalene oil separation. It also proposed a combination of conventional process and the advanced separation tech- nology based on the related analogues formed by the naphthalene and other components in the naph- thalene oil in the hope of improving naphthalene oil separation and process conditions with precondi- tions of optimized process,simplified production and energy-saving & pollution reduction.
