摘    要:针对除尘系统改造后炉墙损坏、管道渗水、除尘器阻力升高等问题,结合除尘系统的工艺原理和设备状况,分析造成问题的原因,并通过采取改变备煤工艺参数、更换耐火材料、提高除尘系统压缩风压力等措施,较好的解决了运行中出现的问题,保证了除尘系统的正常运行。

Abstract:Regarding to the problems of modified dedusting system such as oven wall damage, pipe leakage, high resistance in the dust catcher, this paper analyzes the reason to those problems considering the process principle and equipment condition of de-dusting system. The problems are well solved by changing process parameters of coal preparation, replacing refractories and increasing the pressure of compressed air in the dedusting system, so that normal operation of the dedusting sys- tem is ensured.
