摘    要:阐述了模壁剪切速率γw和口模的两锥度角α、β是影响线缆包覆层质量的重要因素,为使线缆质量和生产效率都达到最佳,从剪切速率γw的计算和两锥度角α、β的确定探讨线缆包覆模具的优化设计。

Abstract:The shear rate γw of the die wall and the cone angle α、β, which were the main factors of effecting on the quality of cable coating layer, were analyzed. In order to make the quality and the efficiency to be optimal, the optimization design of coating die for ca- ble was discussed through calculating the shear rate γw and determining the angle α、β.
