摘    要:总结了焦炉烟道气余热回收装置投产初期出现的问题,并通过增加开孔及管道横截面积减少系统阻力,采用变频调节增加总烟道吸力,增设烟道电动插板阀隔断废气循环等措施,使烟道气余热回收装置达到设计效果。

Abstract:This paper summarized the defects of waste heat recovery unit from coke oven waste gas flue at the initial stage after commissioning and proposed some measures such as by increasing holes and cross section of pipes to reduce system resistance,by using VVVF to increase suction of common waste gas flue and by adding additional motorized flap valve to cut off waste gas circulation, etc. so that the waste gas heat recovery unit can reach up to designed target.
