| 摘 要： | 针对汽车覆盖件冲压过程中存在小面积、负角度侧向压料的问题,在自制组合斜楔机构的基础上,设计了一种摆动式侧成形压料块,该压料块机构能满足侧向负角度压料要求、优化模具结构、降低模具生产成本,具有一定的参考作用。

| Abstract: | In terms of having small area and negative angle lateral swaging which consicted in automobile panel stamping process, a revolving swaging core for lateral forming was de- signed base on self-made combined wedge mechanism. This swaging core can meet the re- quirement of lateral and negative angle swaging, optimize die structure and reduce die pro- duction cost, which had significant meaning to enhahce the automobile stamping die layout level. |
