摘    要:采用响应面分析法优化丙烯酸十六酯的合成工艺条件。在单因素实验的基础上,通过Box-Behnken中心组合实验,考察催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量和反应温度三因素及其相互作用对酯化率的影响,得出丙烯酸与十六醇反应的最佳酯化条件。实验结果表明,催化剂用量与反应温度间的相互作用最大,催化剂用量与阻聚剂用量的相互作用最小;最佳工艺条件为:催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量(质量分数)2.05%~2.20%、阻聚剂对苯二酚用量(质量分数)0.6%~0.7%、反应温度120~125℃,在此条件下酯化率可达93%以上;并得出酯化率的二次多项回归模型,可根据回归模型对酯化反应进行控制。
