摘    要:采用分散聚合法成功制备出粒径2.05~9.03μm的单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)微球。考察了单体质量分数、分散介质极性、引发剂用量和稳定剂用量对PS微球粒径和分布的影响,得出适宜的合成条件:单体苯乙烯(St)质量分数28%~37%、分散介质(乙醇水溶液)极性4.5~5.2、引发剂偶氮二异丁腈与St的质量比0.03~0.05、稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与St的质量比0.3~0.8、75℃下反应24 h,在此条件下,可合成出单分散性好、分散系数低(在0.05以下)、大粒径的PS微球。

Abstract:Monodisperse polystyrene(PS) microspheres with different sizes,2.05-9.03 μm,were prepared through dispersion polymerization.The effect of monomer concentration,solution polarity,initiator dosage and stabilizer dosage on the particle size and size distribution of the PS microspheres were studied.Under the appropriate conditions of mass fraction of styrene(St) monomer 28%-37%,disperse medium(ethanol-water) polarity 4.5-5.2,mass ratio of initiator azodiisobutyronitrile to St 0.03-0.05,mass ratio of stabilizer polyvinylpyrrolidone to St 0.3-0.8,reaction time 24 h and temperature 75 ℃,the PS microspheres with good monodispersion,low dispersion coefficient(less than 0.05) and large particle size could be prepared.
