东辛油田低渗透油藏堵调技术的研究与应用

摘    要:根据辛50北断块中孔低渗透油藏的特点,研制了适合该区块的低黏度冻胶堵剂,其配方为:0.8%乳液聚合物+0.2%酚醛交联剂。物模实验评价结果表明,研制的低黏度冻胶堵剂在低渗岩心中易注入,且具备较高的封堵强度和耐冲刷性,水驱9 PV时封堵效率仍>96%。在辛17斜更5井区开展调剖试验,从2010年9月14日至2011年年底累计增油1 466 t,对类似低渗透油藏的水井调剖的油田具有推广意义。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of the intermediate pore and low permeability oil reservoirs in Xin 50 North Fault Block, a low viscosity gel plugging agent containing 0. 8% emulsion polymer and 0.2% phenolic crosslinker was developed. According to the results of physical simulation test, the low viscosity gel plugging agent developed can be injected into low permeability core and has high plugging strength and high washing resistance with the plugging efficiency higher than 96% when the water flooding volume is 9 PV. Profile control test was conducted in Xin 17 Xie Geng 5# Well Block, and total 1 466 t additional crude oil were produced during the test from Sep. 14, 2010 to the end of 2011, showing that this gel plugging agent can be widely used for the water injection wells profile control in similar low permeability oil reservoirs.
