| 摘 要： | 为探索服装大批量定制生产体系的理论与实践,依据系统理论分析及浙江地区服装企业现场调查与抽样调查分析结果,提出服装大批量定制系统结构模型与支持服装大批量定制生产体系的开发设计、管理、生产制造、信息通讯与系统集成四大技术,形成有特色的服装大批量定制的技术体系。利用抽样调查结果对服装大批量定制技术体系的实际应用可行性进行讨论,认为在中国服装产业发达地区,已具备实施服装大批量定制的必要条件。

| Abstract: | To explore the production system of garment mass customization in theoretical and practical aspects,a framework of garment mass customization was proposed based on analysis of the systemic theory and the results of on-spot survey of some garment enterprises in Zhejiang,along with the supporting technologies,such as design,management,manufacturing,and integrated information &; communication.They form a typical technological system of garment mass customization and its feasibility was discussed in combination with the above mentioned survey results.And it is considered that in the developed areas in China in terms of the garment industry,necessary conditions for implementing garment mass customization are already available. |
