加强铜铅混选、降低铅中含锌的研究与实践

摘    要:利用25^#黑药对铜铅选择性好的特点,加大25^#黑药用量,同时,重新调整对锌的抑制剂组合,来加强铜铅混选、降低铜铅尾、降低铅中含锌。生产实践证明,该工艺可提高 回收率2.19%,锌回收率2.12%,铜硫的回收率分别提高了4.06%、2.32%。同时铜精+铅精含银的回收率也提高了0.88%,年可为企业增效益220多元元。

Abstract:Replenishing the dosage of No.25(Ro)2 pssme,Because the No25 (Ro) 2 pssme have the property of collecting copper and lead prior.Meanwhile adjust the containing agent for zinc. In order to fortify the mix-floatation of copper and lead , decrease the debris of copper and led , decrease the zinc in lead . The practice show,the method can increase the rate of extracting of lead by 2.19 per cent . Zinc by 2.12 per cent ?copper and sulphur by 4.06 per cent and 2.32 per cent respective . 0.88 per cent have increased the rate of extracting of silver in the concentrate of copper and lead. The profit will be increased 220 million RMB one year.
