烟化炉风口水套的数值仿真分析

摘    要:针对烟化炉风口水套,应用数值模拟方法分析风口水套内部温度场和流场,得出影响风口水套寿命的关键因素。结果表明:设有耐火泥的水套的温差为10 K比没有耐火泥的水套温差要低5 K,水套内部的湍流程度不是很大,流动区域出现2个死区,钢板的局部受热严重。

Abstract:Using the numerical calculation,analysed the inner temperature field and flow field of the tuyere cooler for fuming furnace,to get the key factors of working life.The main conclusions were as follows:the temperature difference of the tuyere cooler which installed refractory mortar was 10 K,this tuyere cooler was 5 K less than usual.The turbulence intensity of the internal was low.Two dead bands appeared in the flow region and the local temperature of the steel sheet is too high.
