弯矩或扭矩作用下环形角焊缝的强度计算

摘    要:在钢结构的焊接连接中,有两个焊接连接的近似计算公式,一是弯矩作用下环形角焊缝强度计算,二是扭矩作用下环形角焊缝强度计算,所有文献均没有给出这两个近似公式的来历,也未给出其使用范围.用理论分析了这两个近似公式进行,对其来历进行了推导,通过精确计算与近似计算的误差分析,给出了环形角焊缝在弯矩或扭矩作用下强度计算近似计算公式的适用范围与使用条件.

Abstract:In that the single stage throttle system is not able to satisfy the request of gas well exploration and development under the high pressure and high production condition of Tarim oil field,multistage throttle way was put forward.With the quantity of hydrodynamic throttle valve and hydrodynamic plate valve increasing, the process of kill the well with multistage throttle way is more complex.The hand control equipment is not adapt to the multistage throttle control,which is used the single stage control at present.It is needed to develop one kind of new multistage throttle intelligence control device,which not only can implement the multistage throttle control through the manual operation,also may join the computer to realize intelligent procedure control and the system operating mode monitor.At last structural principle,characteristic and the test result of hydraulic pressure operating control equipment were introduced,which realized union of the multistage throttle procedure control and the hand control.
