摘    要:从缺口形貌、缺口加工尺寸精度、缺口加工表面粗糙度、显微硬度、残余应力、显微形貌等方面研究了磨床、曲线磨床、线切割、抛光等加工方法对冲击试样成形质量的影响规律 ,进而定量地分析了上述加工方法及缺口形状、裂纹形核功等非材质因素对冲击检验结果的影响

Abstract:Based on the notch appearance,the machined notch size precision,the machined notch surface roughness,micro hardness,residual stress,micro appearance,the influence of grinding machine,curve grinding machine,line cut and polish on forming quality of impact test pieces were studied.The influence of the above machining method and non-material factors such as notch shape and crack forming kernel energy on impact test results were analyzed quantitatively.
