美水水坝碾压混凝土配合比设计与试验

摘    要:美水水坝工程位于泰国北部美水县境内,拦河大坝为混合坝型,由土坝与碾压混凝土(RCC)坝共同组成,其主要功用是防洪和灌溉,RCC坝最大坝高59m,坝顶长400m,RCC混凝土方量29.5万m^3,对RCC配合比设计及室内外试验情况,包括RCC原材料的物理化学等特性作了详细介绍,通过现场钻取芯样测试证明选用的配合比能够达到合同技术规范要求的抗压强度。

Abstract:The Mae Suai dam located in Thailand is composed of an earth dam and an RCC dam, functioning as flood control and irrigation. The RCC dam has a maximum height of 59 m, a crest length of 400 m and an RCC volume of 295 000 m3. In this paper authors present RCC mix design as well as laboratory and field trials, including physical and chemical properties of the raw materials for RCC. The core samples taken from site shown that compressive strengths of the RCC mixes could meet the requirements stipulated in the contractual specifications.
