双参数立式储罐隔震设计

摘    要:由于贮存液体的立式储罐在受到外激力作用时,晃动和液固耦联振动可以分别考虑,且刚性质量脉冲所产生的动效应可以忽略,所以抗震设计时,晃动(对流质量)控制储罐的波高设计,耦联振动控制储罐的基底弯矩和轴向应力设计.基于这一思想,对大型立式钢制储罐的隔震设计问题,提出了考虑晃动和液固耦联振动双约束下的储罐隔震设计方法.数值分析表明,理想的隔震园频率为2~3 rad/s,在阻尼比为0.1时,对于不同容积储罐在不同场地的情况下,其隔震减震效果均达40%以上.增大隔震阻尼比,可提高减震效果,但考虑工程应用实际,隔震阻尼比宜取0.1~0.3.

Abstract:Since to the rocking vibration and the liquid-solid coupling vibration can be considered respectively and the seismic effect of the rigidity impulse can be ignored when the liquid-filled tank is subjected to excitation,the seismic design of the wave height is controlled by the rocking vibration(convection mass),and the seismic design of the base moment and the axial stress is controlled by the coupling vibration.Aiming at the seismic isolation design of large steel standing tanks,a double-restriction seismic isolation design considering both rocking and liquid-solid coupling vibration is presented.Numerical analysis shows that the ideal natural frequency of isolation is 2-3 rad/s;when the damping ratio is 0.1,for different volume storage tanks at different circumstances,the seismic isolation effect can reach up to 40%.Increasing of isolation damping ratio will increase the damping effect.For the practical application of engineering,the isolation damping ratio is better in the range of 0.1-0.3.
