| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展的概念和内涵分析入手，提出了煤炭工业发展的不可持续性，并指出煤炭工业必须尽可能有限、合理、科学地开采利用煤炭资源，走可持续发展的道路，才能确保经济、社会和环境的可持续发展．重点讨论了煤炭工业行业的可持续发展战略、政策法规及经济对策．

| Abstract: | By analyzing the concept and connotation of sustainable development, the authors put forward the unsustainability of coal industry, and point out that only if coal resource be mined and utilized limitedly, reasonably and scientifically, sustainable development of economy, society and environment can be realized. It focuses on the sustainable development strategy of coal industry and the countermeasures in policy, law and economics. |
