大型飞机喷漆机库通风送风速度的探讨

摘    要:本文针对大型飞机维修库工作区送风速度的确定这一问题,通过对对流传质工况的分析,确定了对流传质的控制点,建立了传质的微元方程,在方程的指导下,用实验数据整理出传质与风速关系的曲线,并得出结论:在飞机喷漆后的干燥过程中,其工作区的风速应控制在1.0m/s以下。

Abstract:Addressing the problem of determining the air velocity in the work zone of large airplane painting hangars, this paper analyzes the convective mass transfer process,finds the controlled convective mass transfer point on the surface of the aircraft, and es tablishes the differential equations of mass transfer, whereby to guide the regression of a relationship between the mass transfer rate and the air velocity from the tested data. The author concludes that the air velocity in the work field should be controlled less than 1.0 m/s during the drying process after painting.
