摘    要:对四川某磷矿进行反浮选试验,采用原有抑制剂H2SO4,可获得磷精矿P2O535.28%,MgO0.87%,回收率71.98%的指标;而采用H2SO4和TXZ作为复配抑制剂,可获得磷精矿P2O534.11%,MgO0.92%,回收率81.59%的指标,回收率高出9.61%,显然,采用H2SO4和TXZ复配抑制剂,效果明显好于单一使用H2SO4作为抑制剂。另外延长扫选时间,可以提高精矿质量。

Abstract:Reverse flotation tests were conducted for a phosphate rock from Sichuan.The results showed that phosphate concentrate with P2O5 35.28%,MgO 0.87 %,recovery 71.98 % could be obtained by using original depressor H2SO4,whereas phosphate concentrate withP2O5 34.11 %,MgO 0.92 %,recovery 81.59 % could be obtained by using H2SO4 and TXZ as combined depressors,the recovery of the latter increased 9.61 %.It was obvious that the effect of combined depressor was better than single depressor.In addition,concentrate qua...
