| 摘 要： | 将氯化聚乙烯(CPE)加入到聚氯乙烯(PVC)基隔声复合材料中,利用双声道分析仪,探讨CPE对复合材料隔声性能的影响。利用动态热机械分析仪、SEM、万能材料试验机对填加了CPE的复合材料的动态力学性能、结构形态、静态力学性能等进行了测试;用热重分析法(TGA)研究CPE对复合材料热降解过程的影响。结果表明:随着CPE含量的增加,复合材料的吻合谷逐渐变浅、拉伸强度呈下降趋势、断裂伸长呈增大趋势,热稳定性降低,但阻燃抑烟性能增强。
