微孔结构阳离子改性涤纶的微观结构对其性能的影响

摘    要:研究涤纶纤维微观结构对纤维性能的影响。选用不同截面形状、线密度、功能性的微孔结构阳离子改性涤纶与未改性涤纶作对比实验。从纤维的密度、吸湿性、强伸度、染色性能等宏观数据分析改性后纤维的微观结构对其性能的影响。结果表明:微孔结构阳离子改性涤纶由于通过3,5-双苯磺酸钠(SIPE)和聚乙二醇(PEG)的化学改性,纤维中添加了一定的亲水基团且结晶度有所降低,纤维回潮率有所升高,同时纤维的微孔结构的表面形态使纤维的密度、强度和初始模量有所下降,纤维改性后可以在常压下用分散染料进行上染。
