用GAL实现双机热备份单片机间内部通信

摘    要:在电厂生产使用的测控系统中 ,为保证双机热备份 2个单片机内部的实时通信 ,提出采用GAL实现内部通信接口的设计方案。设计方案基于单片机的UART(串行收发器 )只在部分时间用于与上位机通信的事实 ,让其又用于 2个单片机的内部通信 ,以保持完全一致的工作状态。这样既可提高系统的可靠性 ,又可最大程度地降低硬件成本 ,简化电路设计 ,降低系统复杂度。并对接口电路工作原理作了描述 ,总结了这类电路需共同遵循的规则

Abstract:Because of the particularity of power plant production, critical reliability of microcontroller system is necessary and the hot standby microcontroller system is often used. The real time internal communication is needed to ensure the two microcontrollers are identical in their working conditions. In order to reduce cost, simplify circuits and lower system complexity, a design using GAL to implement internal communication is given. It is based on the fact that the UART of microcontroller is only used for communication with master computer part timely. This design applies UART for both internal communication and external communication. The interfacing principle is described and the common rules of this kind of circuit are summarized.
