钢中含氮量对钢丝拉拔性能的影响

摘    要:进行了钢包底吹氮,底吹氮-氩和底吹氩三种精炼工艺对比试验,结果显示,钢中含氮量对钢丝拉拔性能影响显著。钢丝拉拔性能随钢中含氮量下降而有所改善。

Abstract:The contrast experimental trials of three refining processes are carried out for ladle bottom bubbling with nitrogen,nitrogen argon or argon .The results show that the nitrogen content in steel has an important influence on the stretchability of steel wire. The stretchability is improved with the reduction of nitrogen content in steel.
