| Abstract: | Administering with morality means using the politics that is in accordance with socialist moral standard to govern national public affairs, and is of important realistic significance to the governing a country with morality and socialist civilization progress. Therefore, political system reform must be promoted, interactive mechanism which combines administering with morality and administering according to the laws must be established, and the ideological morality construction of administering with morality must be speeded, so that administering with morality can be realized. |
