| Abstract: | Zearalenone is a mycotoxin with estrogen function.It mainly contaminates corn,wheat,grain etc,seriously threats agriculture economy and human healthy.So it is necessary to develop the reliable and sensitive determination methods of zearalenone.This paper will make a comprehensive review on the methods of zearalenone analysis. |
