聚氨酯/硫酸酯化壳聚糖复合膜的制备及其血液相容性的研究

摘    要:用6-O-硫酸酯化壳聚糖(6S-CS)与水性聚氨酯(WPU)混和,以戊二醛作交联剂,制备出WPU/6S-CS复合膜。通过红外和偏光显微镜测试技术对复合膜的结构和形态进行表征,并通过溶血实验、动态凝血时间、复钙化时间等对其血液相容性进行了表征。研究结果表明WPU/6S-CS复合膜具有较好的血液生物相容性是一种理想的生物医用材料。

Abstract:Novel semi-interpenetrating polymer network(senfi-lPN) membranes were synthesized from 6-O-sulfochitosan(6S-CS) and waterborne polyurethanes(WPU) with ether soft segments,using glutaraldehyde as the cross-linking agent.The structure and morphologies of the composite membranes have been characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and optical polarization micrograph(OPM).The hemolysis,recalification time and dynamic blood-clotting tests were used to characterize the blood compatibility of composite membrane.The result showed that file composite membrane had good blood compatibility,and they could be good biomedical materials.
