高压预冷器2205异种钢焊接制造工艺技术探讨

摘    要:某天然气处理厂的高压预冷器,采用固定薄管板结构,由于管程介质中Cl-含量较高,管箱材质采用2205双相钢复合钢板,管板采用2205双相钢纯材,壳程材质为16MnR(或09MnNiDR)。阐述和分析了管板与管箱、壳程在焊接制造过程中遇到的技术难题和采取的有效措施,从而为双相钢设备的焊接制造提供经验。

Abstract:A high pressure precooler in a natural gas treatment plant chooses the structure of fixed thin tube plant. Because of high content of C1 - in tube side, 2205 duplex stainless composite steels was used as channel material, 2205 duplex stainless pure steels as tube plant, and shell side material is 16MnR( or 09MnNiDR). Technical problems and efficient measure in the process of welding for tube plant, channel and shell side were presented. Benefited experience of welding manufacture for similar duplex stainless fa- cilities was provided.
