摘    要:作为电力系统自动化的重要组成部分,无功电压控制具有电力系统控制所固有的复杂性、非线性、不精确性等特点,很难用传统的数学模型和常规的控制方法描述和实现。针对传统聚类算法在无功电压分区时的可伸缩性不强,考虑合理无功定价对无功投资的激励作用,引入电气距离建立基于区域电压控制的无功辅助服务市场,使各区域有各自的无功价格,既能激励无功投资又有良好的经济效益,并结合CIGRE32母线仿真系统,辅以算例对比分析不同电压控制区域的无功价格及其影响力。

Abstract:As a significant part of power system automation, reactive power voltage control has characteristics of complexity, non linearity and imprecision, which makes it difficult to describe reactive power voltage control by using traditional mathematical model and conventional control methods. Due to the weak scalability of traditional clustering algorithms for dividing reactive power zones, considering the incentives of reasonable reactive pricing for reactive power investment, the voltage areas will be divided based on the introduction of electric distance. Thus, the reactive power voltage control market where prices are different in different zones can be designed, which is of good economic benefits and can motivate reactive investment. Then, the market pricing and their influence of different regions in reactive power ancillary services market in view of voltage control zones are analyzed comparatively with CIGRE32 bus simulation system.
