| 摘 要： | 介绍了鞍钢鲅鱼圈分公司连铸扇形段系统的总体结构。介绍了连铸二级系统动态辊缝控制、轻压下及软夹紧模型的应用。介绍了应用过程控制系统来实现连铸机辊缝的合理设定,从而实现提高板坯质量的目的。

| Abstract: | The overall structure of continuous casting segment in Angang Bayuquan Company is described.The application of L2 dynamic roll gap control,soft screw down and soft clamping model is introduced.A reasonable setting of caster roll gap by applying process control system is realized.The purpose of slab quality improvement is achieved. |
