电喷发动机喷油器喷油量多通道检测仪的研制

摘    要:为检测电喷发动机喷油性能,本文介绍一种以容积法为设计原理,单片机AT89C52为核心的六通道喷油器喷油量自动高速检测平台。阐述了喷油流量检测仪设计思想,硬件结构和软件设计方法,并提出流量数据采集和处理方法。该系统已投入使用,取得了良好的实际效果。

Abstract:In order to improve fuel performance of internal combustion engine, a six channel fuel meter for free armature injector of motorengine, controlled by AT89C52 micro control unit (MCU) and based on the principle of volumeter, is introduced in this paper. Concerning the meter system, the design idea, hardware structure and software design method are discussed, and collecting measurement data process and method are mentioned. This meter has been put into practice, and a good effect is obtained.
