| Abstract: | Based upon analysis of present management and maintenance situations of rural road and combined with ideas in scheme for management and maintenance system reform of rural road several suggestions are proposed for management and maintenance work of rural highway in order to ensure service quality and functions of rural road to provide guarantee for social and economic development. |
