| 摘 要： | 通过对特殊学校体育教师专业素质各层面因素的的关联性分析得出:特殊体育教师的专业知识与专业能力之间存在着高度相关性;专业知识中各层面之间都有着相互关联;各能力层面之间都存在一定程度上的相关性;教师的责任心与其专业的思想之间也存在着一定的关联性。因此,在提高特殊体育教师专业素质过程中,要注重各方面的均衡、协调发展。

| Abstract: | The professional knowledge and professional abilities of physical education teachers in special education schools are highly relevant.Professional knowledge in different levels is also relevant.Professional abilities in different levels are relevant to some extent.The responsibility awareness of the teachers is affected by their professional concepts.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the balanced and coordinated development in order to improve the professional quality of the teachers. |
