Factors affecting thermal measurement accuracy of cement rotary kiln

Thermal measurement of cement rotary kiln is a complex process, there are many factors affecting the accuracy of measurement results. Based on many years of rotary kiln thermal measuring experience, for four aspects of test condition selection, scheme; instrument management and data processing, main factors affecting thermal measurement accuracy were summarized as well as the method of reducing testing data deviation.
