| 摘 要： | 为实现U形冰箱壳体全线自动化生产,采用了西门子S7-300可编程控制器进行全线运行控制,应用机械手自动抓取成型产品。对产品的成型工艺进行了详细的分析,并对关键成型工位的机械结构进行了设计。本生产线实现了U形冰箱侧板的自动化生产,节省了人力成本,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | In order to realize full automation production of the U-shape side shell of refrigerator, the assemble hne was controlled by PLC of S7-300 of Siemens, used manipulator to grasp the product automatic. This paper fist detailed analyses the forming process of the U-shape side shell of refrigerator, and designs the machinery of the key forming procedure. This production line automated the U-shaped refrigerator side shell production, Save the manpower cost, improve the production efficiency. |
