摘    要:建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定噻唑磷含量的方法.溶剂为正己烷,测定波长为213.9 nm,样品质量浓度为36.375 mg/L.采用对照比较法计算含量.噻唑磷在23.92~95.68 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈线性关系线性相关系数为0.9996.精密度实验RSD不超过0.74%,准确性分析表明噻唑磷的回收率在100.21%~101.16%之间.

Abstract:A method for determining the content of fosthiazate was established with UV-VIS spectrophotometry,n-hexane as solvent,and the absorptive wavelength was 213.9 nm.The determination of content was 36.375 mg/L.The calibration curve of fosthiazate was linear over the range of 23.92-95.68 mg/L.The linear correlation was 0.9996.The relative standard deviations was not more than 0.74%and the recoveries were from 100.21-101.16%.
