| 摘 要： | 随着国内住宅地产发展的愈加成熟,人们对居住环境有了更高要求,不再满足于单纯的居住功能。主题居住区应运而生,随之引入策划专业,形成居住区主题策划体系,成为规划主流。本文通过梳理近年来我国居住区主题策划的发展,总结出其类型特征和发展趋势,以期对这门新兴行业做到抛砖引玉的作用。
