| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型复合变质剂及其变质工艺。这种变质剂具有同时细化初晶硅和共晶硅的作用 ,且长效性好 ;具有纯化和净化铝熔体的功效 ,可大幅度提高合金的力学性能 ,实现绿色生产 ,工艺宽容性好 ,是一种难能可得的廉价变质剂

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a new type composite modifier and modification technology. The modifier can refine first eutectic silicon and eutectic silicon at the same time and has last effect. It can refine out aluminum melt by which the mechanical properties of alloy are improved extremely and green productions are realized. It has good technology tolerance and is a kind of rare and cheap modifier. |
