超声波辅助提取姜渣中姜辣素工艺研究

摘    要:对超声波辅助法提取姜辣素的工艺进行研究,以乙醇作溶剂从姜渣中提取姜辣素.选用香草醛为对照品,用紫外分光光度法测定提取物中姜辣素的含量.通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为75%,超声波提取时间为10 min,料液比为1:15,超声功率为800W,姜渣粉中姜辣素提取率为2.1%.

Abstract:The technology of supersonic-assisted extracting gingerol from ginger slag using alcohol as the extraction solution was studied by this article.Vanillin was taken as comparison standard,and UV spectrophotemetry was used to measure the content of gingerols extractive.The optimized extraction condition of gingerol was obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the alcohol density was 75%,the supersonic treatment time was 10 min,liquid-solid ratio was 1:15 and the supersonic p...
