基于CAN总线的井下设备状态监测与故障诊断系统

摘    要:面向未来数字化无人矿山对在线远程监测与诊断的需要,研究了一套适应于井下移动设备及巡检人员定位、固定设备及移动设备的状态监测与故障诊断综合系统。该系统基于CAN2.0总线协议,主要包括设备主要运行参数的I/O、移动目标的无线数传终端、固定安装的无线数传基站、通信协议、地面监测与故障诊断站等,以期在该领域进行一些开拓性的技术研究,推动行业技术进步。
