汽轮机凝汽器真空低原因分析及处理措施

摘    要:汽轮机组真空系统是一个既庞大又复杂的管道系统,真空系统漏气现象时有发生。通过对机组凝结器真空低的原因分析,找出包头电厂机组真空低的主要原因为不锈钢管结垢严重,影响金属换热效果。针对类似原因引起凝结器真空低的情况,提出提高机组运行真空的应对措施,并取得了显著的效果,为机组的安全经济运行提供了可靠保证。

Abstract:The vacuum system of the steam turbine is a huge and complex piping system,and the gas leakage in vacuum system is common.By analyzing the cause of low vacuum ratio in steam turbine's condenser of Baotou Power Plant,the paper finds the main reason of low vacuum is due to stainless steel pipe scaling seriously which affects the heat exchange effect of metal,and comes up with measures to increase vacuum ratio in steam turbine and have achieved remarkable results.Therefore,the safe operation of generating unit...
