大口径铝管平面分流模挤压过程数值模拟

摘    要:针对大口径铝管平面分流模挤压过程,分别建立了有限元法和有限体积法数值模拟的数学模型,对大口径铝管的平面分流模挤压过程进行了数值模拟,比较了2种模拟方法在大型铝型材挤压过程数值模拟中的优缺点及适用性,得出了有限体积法更适用于大变形挤压过程的结论,同时给出了挤压过程各个阶段的应力、应变的分布情况以及金属的流动规律,为大型铝型材挤压模结构的设计和工艺参数的优化提供了依据。

Abstract:The mathematical model was established by finite element method and finite volume method numerical simulation to represent the extrusion process of a porthole die for large caliber aluminum tubes. Comparison was made between the relative merits and applicability of two analogy methods. It is concluded that the finite volume method is more applicable to simulate the large variation extrusion process. The distribution of stress and strain, the flow law of metals during every period of extrusion process was given, which is helpful to the design of extrusion die for large size aluminum sections and the optimization of technological parameters.
