摘    要:电网建设前期工作重大问题研究中应用海拉瓦技术,是基于高分辨率卫星影像和数字高程数据,结合冰区、地震烈度和污区等专题数据,进行前期线路规划工作,提取线路走廊通道内的房屋、树木、河流、道路、电力线等数据,实现了前期选线工作流程的创新。对于一系列的前期工作成果,平台为后期初设招投标平台、设计评审平台和三维全景智能电网支撑平台提供了数据接口,实现了前期工作成果数据的电子移交。

Abstract:Preparatory work for construction of power grids in the application of research on major issues Helava technology,is based on the high-resolution satellite imagery and digital elevation data,combined with ice zone,seismic intensity and thematic data,such as polluted area,the front-end planning line,extraction line corridors within houses,trees,rivers,roads,power lines and other data,to achieve a pre-election front-line workers of the innovation process.The results of a series of preliminary work,a platform for bidding after the beginning of platform-based design evaluation platform and three-dimensional panorama support smart grid platform provides data interface to achieve the outcome of the preparatory work for the electronic transfer of data.
