大孔吸附树脂分离纯化软枣猕猴桃总黄酮

摘    要:以总黄酮吸附率、解吸率为考察指标,研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化软枣猕猴桃总黄酮的工艺条件。结果表明:HPD600型树脂对软枣猕猴桃总黄酮有较好的吸附性能,在上样液质量浓度0.5~0.6mg/mL、pH3~4、吸附流速2mL/min、上样量3BV条件下,以3BV的水冲洗树脂柱、用4BV 80%乙醇溶液以2mL/min流速洗脱,处理后的软枣猕猴桃总黄酮平均回收率可达86.5%,平均纯度为37.2%。HPD600型大孔吸附树脂适合对软枣猕猴桃黄酮进行分离纯化。
