超声波法提取枸杞蜂花粉总酚物质的工艺研究

摘    要:通过单因素试验和正交试验,对枸杞蜂花粉多酚的超声波提取工艺进行优化,结果表明:影响枸杞蜂花粉多酚提取得率的主次因素顺序为:乙醇浓度=料液比>提取时间。枸杞蜂花粉多酚提取的最佳工艺条件为:优化工艺条件为组合A3B3C2,即70%乙醇、料液比1:40(g:mL)、提取时间为90min。
